Restaurant Trey is the new solo venture from head chef and owner Bryce Reynolds, a local chef who undertook his apprenticeship with EXP and Amanda’s on the Edge. He was head chef at a Coquun in Maitland in 2019, and has worked in other well-known restaurants in the Hunter Valley and Newcastle. Bryce regularly forages for wild Australian ingredients to add that special touch to the dishes he offers and prides himself on everything small business and boutique, from the local food producers to the wine makers and beer brewers.
On offer will be a two course option through to a five course degustation with complimentary house-made bread and the choice of matched boutique wines produced by Emma’s Cottage Vineyard.
Restaurant Trey is located inside Emma’s Cottage Vineyard.
Open for lunch from Wednesday through to Sunday and dinner on Friday and Saturday.
